Phnom Penh, September 12, 2011 – Three Russian Pacific Fleet warships arrive at Preah Sihanouk Ville Autonomous Seaport on Thursday for a week-long goodwill visit to mark the 55th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Cambodia and Russia.
The ships and their crew members were warmly welcomed on their arrival by Vice Admiral RosVeasna, Ream Naval Base Deputy Commander, and Preah Sihanouk Provincial Governor H.E. Sbaung Sarath.
