North Korea to end peace pacts with South

South Korea says it will deal strongly with any provocation from the North. Pyongyang cancelled a non-aggression pact with Seoul after the United Nations approved a new round of sanctions over its recent nuclear test. Al Jazeera's Scott Heidler reports from Seoul in South Korea.
